Session #1: Unburdening w Muna McAdie
Our bodies remember. They internalise the tension, rage, grief and fear that arise during these times of uncertainty and unrest. Without moments of release, these emotions can manifest in the body as illnesses, dis-ease and intergenerational trauma.
From screaming into the ether to stomping in the earth, this session will introduce us to playfully transformative practices that help us to collectively tend to the emotions that can be difficult to access alone.
